As a majority of our sales are special orders, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless prior approval is given. If approval is given, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the sale to cover transaction costs and the fee we incur to return the item to our distributor. It is up to the purchaser to know if an item is restricted in their area. Please do your due diligence before placing an order.
Ammunition cannot be returned at any time for any reason.
Inbound Firearm Transfers
Inbound firearm transfers will be held for 90 days unless a longer time period is approved via email. Any firearm left after 90 days becomes the property of our store and will be sold or destroyed.
Some items are prohibited from sale in many jurisdictions. This includes Ammunition, Firearms, Auto Knives, Magazines, etc. If the items ordered are not legal for sale/possession in your jurisdiction we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order and withhold a 20% restocking fee from any refunds issued. It is your responsibility to insure the legality of the items you’re purchasing before placing your order.
Shipping is calculated at check out and is based on the weight of your order.
We do not ship outside of the United States. or to P.O. Boxes.
Most orders ship in 4 -5 Business Days or less once the order is Complete (excluding weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances). An order is not complete until we have received the FFL license if it is a firearm order. You will be emailed tracking info once the order ships.
In strict accordance with State & Federal laws, all firearms must ship to an FFL.
If you purchase a Firearm and other items in the same order, ALL of the items will ship to the FFL. Place two orders if you want split deliveries.
Ammo and Firearm orders are sent Adult Signature Required. It is your responsibility to have someone available to sign for the order, any returned shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipments can not be re-routed to another address once shipped.
Canceled or changed orders will be subject to a service fee even if not shipped out, if your order has shipped out and you cancel you will be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee Please make sure you actually want the item and it is not a restricted product before you order.
If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately and retain all boxing and shipping materials as they may need to be inspected prior to a claim being settled.
Magazine Ordering Restrictions
7 Sigma Arms abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of high-capacity magazines. We DO NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to the states listed below. We WILL NOT replace high-capacity magazines with state-compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
As mentioned above in the Restricted Products section, It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities. Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders canceled and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
1. California — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
2. Colorado — No magazines greater than 15 rounds.
3. Boulder, Co — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
4. Connecticut — 10 Rounds or less with a valid permit.
5. Hawaii — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
6. Illinois — No magazines greater than 15 rounds for handguns and 10 rounds for long guns.
8. Illinois: Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood, Deerfield — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
9. Illinois: Deerfield — No shotgun magazines over 5 rounds.
10. Maryland — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
11. Massachusetts — No sales.
12. New York — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
13. New Jersey — No magazines greater than 10 rounds.
14. Vermont — No magazines over 10 rounds.15. Washington D.C. — No Sales.
If you are exempt from a restriction for a firearm or magazine purchase (Law enforcement/military officers) please contact us prior to placing your order so we can verify you are exempt. We will request a copy of your credentials if the order is approved.
Warranty claims and issues are handled through the product’s manufacturer and not through 7 Sigma Arms.
Products must be sent back to the manufacturer for exchange, repair, replacement, etc if found to be defective in any way. This helps streamline the warranty process for the customer and resolve issues quicker.
